The Occupational Health Training Modules delivered by TCS, are specifically tailored to address the site-specific Occupational Health Hazards present at your workplace. The modules have a strong group paticipatory focus, and are delivered in an engaging style at your worksite, with many practical demonstrations to consolidate the learning. All content meets current OH&S legislative requirements and introduces safety behaviour as everyone’s responsibility.

• Eye Safety
• Fitness and Work including Fatigue, Drug and Alcohol impairment education
• Forklift Safety – Access and Egress
• Occupational Hygiene including Biological hazards
• Occupational Noise and prevention of hearing loss
• Hazards of working in the Outdoor Environment – UV exposure, Hydration, Heat and Cold stress
• PPE – correct use, care, storage, and removal
• PErforM – manual task risk assessment process (accredited trainer)

TCS is flexible and can tailor your Occupational Health Education Program, delivery style, information, location and group size to best meet the needs of your organisation. Learning and competence is assessed using a variety of methodology, including: Interaction, input, and participation throughout the presentations, group and individual problem solving, written theory and competency questionnaires, and successful performance and competency on practical group and individual tasks. A variety of appropriate written material, resources and handouts is provided as part of the training.
